I spent Saturday night with Janelle, Alen, Sidd and Rompee, my friends from LitSoc. Janelle and I organized a small get together to celebrate Christmas with a semi-fancy dinner and whatever else we might fancy afterwards. We went to MOA where we ate at the Tokyo Café (Thanks Mia! The food there is great! ^_^), then had egg tarts from Lord Stow's, and coffee from Starbucks. Naturally, no LitSoc event is without its quick bookshop tour. We dropped by Fully Booked right after dinner, and hung around Power Books until closing time. Everyone was still game at midnight, so we took Janelle home to Las Piñas at over a hundred kilometers an hour down Coastal Road. We and Janelle parted ways with much sorrow and sleepiness. I then dropped everyone else off one by one on the way home.

Jaymee, Leo, Lea, Myra and Mayene should have been there, too. Unfortunately, Jaymee couldn't get off work, Leo had deadlines to meet, Lea was out with friends at EK, Myra had previous commitments, and Mayene got sick at the last minute. A toast-- to absent friends. The lazy buggers. :P Just kidding! We missed you guys! :D
